As it happened I had the house cleaned earlier in the year but had neglected to attend to two large awnings which are ten years old and showing the wear and tear that was consistent with their age. When the Shade Doctor team came round to have a look I half expected them to say the awnings were past the point of recovery, and could not be made good. ”From my initial phone call to arrange an appointment and had the procedure fully explained communication with ‘Shade Doctor’ was easy and well conducted. The two energetic ladies came for the job at the appointed time, and immediately commenced the work. Water connection was nor simple because of the location, but was soon resolved. They worked hard and continuously for over two hours. The cleaning products used did not affect me or any of the items not removed from the deck. The final clean of the deck, windows and railing left everything impeccable. The result is incredible. The large blind had not been cleaned since it was installed about 9 years ago.
